Thursday Night iMPACT Rating

TV ratings for the April 16 edition of TNA Impact leading to the Lockdown PPV declined by 2.9 percent compared to the April 9 episode. The show averaged a 1.28 rating and 1.7 million viewers.

Impact peaked at the top of the second hour with a 1.4 rating for the “Mick Foley interviews Cactus Jack” segment that was one of the key segments to sell the PPV on Sunday.

From there, the quarter-hour ratings dropped off each consecutive quarter, finishing with a 1.26 rating for the final quarter-hour featuring Christopher Daniels’s return to face Kurt Angle.

Although the household rating difference from April 9 to April 16 was only 2.9 percent, the average viewing audience declined by 11.8 percent. The April 9 episode drew an average audience of 1.9 million compared to 1.7 million for last week’s show.

The drop in ratings can be found in the demographic breakdown. Across the board in each key demographic, including males 18-35, the April 16 episode declined by over ten percent.
