It’s More Than Personal: Jarrett vs. Angle

There have been many fans wanting pro-wrestling to feel more “real” than it has the past few years and there is not a situation that is more real than the rivalry between Jeff Jarrett and Kurt Angle. It’s been a big role in the career of Kurt Angle since he walked in the door in TNA Wrestling. Angle and Jarrett seemingly have never nor will ever see eye to eye which isn’t a good combination. MrTheShelldon’s Impact From iMPACT!

I’m back and this time I’m only doing one impact from iMPACT! I want to put all my focus on the best segment of the show.

Okay I’m not going to lie, but I did not watch much of Impact this week. However, what I did see was the six man tag. I thought it gave three single matches some well needed exposure; especially Hernandez and Morgan. The Mexican America storyline is slowly growing on me. It’s no LAX but it’s doing its job of exploiting some cheap heat, which is what wrestling heels were built on.

The Angle vs. Jarrett match is the match I’m most looking forward to, and the fact that there hasn’t been much interaction between the two makes me looks forward to it even more. Seeing them both compete in the same match, beating on each other just builds the tension.

Samoa Joe and The Pope needs a lot of help TNA has dropped the ball on this one. They could have done a lot more. The concept they are pushing on TV is Street vs. Submission. Does this mean that it’s a street fight and a submission match? I’m unsure. And while we are talking about ball dropping, where is Okado? One match and one backstage segment and he is gone?

So this is why this match became my number one impact from iMPACT!
